The sheer dimension or specificity of certain risks often requires us to complement the offer of the domestic insurance market with the financial capacity and specialisation of the international reinsurance markets.
As a benefit of our partnership with Aon, we have privileged access to the main international markets and to a pool of specialists in any given area.
We analyse your business and the risks it is exposed to, recommending an insurance program adapted to your reality and risk philosophy.
Avoid fines or contractual penalties and get online 24/7 access to insurance certificates and other documentation such as invoices, beneficiary and insured object lists, policy schedules, etc.
We periodically analyse the financial statements of the insurers we deal with and we maintain a list of “approved insurers” who demonstrate acceptable levels of financial strength. While we cannot guarantee the solvency or financial capacity of an insurer, this level of scrutiny provides additional comfort to our clients when selecting an insurer.
We understand how important it is that your workforce is prepared to deal with diverse types of risk and insurance, from the most trivial to the ones that may threaten the continuity of your business.
We offer training solutions for your team that range from the most trivial aspects of risk and insurance to the most advanced subjects such as Energy or Aviation insurance.
As important as covering your risks is making sure your policies are renewed in due time and your business is never exposed without cover.
We start the renewal process allowing sufficient time to present relevant information, go through the renewal objectives with you, approach the market and present renewal proposals that ensure a smooth transition.
Employee benefits are important talent attraction and retention tools. In that sense, it is useful to know if the benefits offered by your company are below, on average or above market practice.
Our benchmark reports allow you to compare your benefits to what your peers are offering and make data-based decisions regarding the evolution of your benefits policies.
Multinational companies tend to offer the same or similar benefits to their employees across the various countries in which they operate. It is also common for these companies to have global insurance programmes in place, which frequently need to be complemented by local covers.
If this is your case, our teams will work with you to ensure maximum possible alignment between your global and local insurance programmes, as well as compliance with legal frameworks in each country.
Ensure your organisation is 100% compliant with your legal and contractual obligations regarding insurance.
In addition to compulsory insurance (Workman’s Compensation, Motor Liability, etc.), it is common in some industries – such as Oil & Gas, Construction, etc. – for commercial contracts to include obligations related to insurance (General Liability, Pollution Liability, Surety, etc.). We analyse such contracts, advise on which covers to obtain and find the best solutions in the insurance and reinsurance markets, so that you are always in compliance with your contractual obligations.
Our insurance brokerage services cost zero to your company.
According to paragraph 4 in Article 3rd of Executive Decree n.º 7/03 de 24 de Janeiro (Regulamento sobre a Mediação e Corretagem de Seguros), insurance policies do not originate any additional cost to the insured due to the appointment or involvement of an insurance broker.
We call the moment of a claim the “Moment of Truth”. Claims need to be carefully and professionally managed to ensure that the losses are effectively and timely indemnified, according to the agreed terms and conditions.
Our specialists walk alongside you from the beginning until settlement of a claim, advising you and acting to uncompromisingly protect your interests before the insurer and any third parties.
Our specialists carefully analyse and negotiate the terms and conditions of the policies proposed by the insurance market, looking to align them with your needs and adequately explain them, with the objective of:
The insurance solutions we offer you are the result of rigorous research, negotiation and comparison between the proposals we obtain from the insurance market. This process generates competition between the insurers we approach and allows us to provide you with the best conditions the market has to offer.
We will not promise you the lowest prices, but we promise the best premiums for the covers you require, considering the quality and reliability you expect from them and from us.
